Description:

The Ministry of Rural Development, with support of the World Bank, has taken up “National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP)" to implement higher order economic activities in Cluster Level Federations, in 13 high poverty states including Assam. It has become crucial to deploy dedicated human resources of required technical competence to lead the proposed activities under NRETP during the project period. For that purpose, online applications are invited for engagement of various professionals, on a contractual basis for the project period of NRETP.

Project Manager - Value Chain and Forward Linkage

Post-Graduate degree in Agri-business management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing or MBA in Marketing from a reputed university/ institute. Candidate with PG in agriculture or veterinary science will be preferred.
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in handling value chain development/ market linkage for agriculture produce/ procurement". Marketing and supply of specific Agri commodity in large scale.

Important Information:

Candidates should note that for each of the following groups of posts, he/she can apply for only one post within that group.

a) Group I - Project Manager- Digital Finance, Project Manager- Value Chain and Forward Linkage, Project Manager- Enterprise Promotion (Non-Farm)
b) Group II - Block coordinator-Financial inclusion, Block Coordinator- Forward Linkage, Block Coordinator (Non-farm).
