Minimum: 32 years
Maximum: 45 years on 1st   May 2019
a) Master Degree in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/Energy Technology/Civil Engineering/Rural Development/ Urban Planning and Development from any Govt. recognised University/institution with minimum 5 years’ experience in designing, planning of solid and liquid waste management systems and processes.
b) Must have thorough knowledge about project management, preparation of project proposals, budget, team management etc.
c)Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
d) Proficiency in English and computer skills like MS-Excel, PPT, MS Word is mandatory. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage. 




State Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Minimum:28 years
Maximum:38 years on on 1st May 2019
a) BE/B.tech in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information & communication technology/MCA/MSc in Electronics/ Masters in Statistics or equivalent from any Govt. recognised University/institution with minimum 5 years experience in handling Data management, monitoring & evaluation of IMIS, data analysis and compilation etc in Govt. or International development organization.
b) Well Conversant in using SPSS/MS word/MS Excel/MS Office and other related software.
c) Knowledge of English & Assamese.
