12th pass in Science Subjects with 2 yrs Diploma in DMLT
OR 
12th pass in Science Subjects with 1 year DMLT and 1 year required experience in a recognized institution/organization
OR 
12th pass in Science Subjects with 2 years field/laboratory experience. 

Desirable Qualification: 
(i) B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology 
(ii) Knowledge of computer applications 








Field Assistant

Maximum-28 years
High School or equivalent with 5 (five) years Field /laboratory /health research experience from a recognized institute
Or
High School with Certificate of one year training in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute.
Note:12th pass in Science Subject and B.Sc degree will be treated as 2/3 years’ experience
